They say that God takes the good and kind people first. After reading the tribute to her life I understand why Julie is now with him. but her sweet life was too short and her family will miss her kind caring nature; as I'm sure her children and grandchildren will as well. Take Care Everyone who knew and loved Julie. Rest in Peace

Julie was a huge part of my young childhood, who I haven't seen in 40 years.I met Shannon & Julie when I was 5. Our parents were friends and would get together nearly every weekend while we kids played together. We were musical families. I remember my Dad, Bobby Batson, and her Dad Gilbert Holmes would play their Guitars while we played and had lots of fun Fun memories that have stayed with me my Whole life. My heartfelt condolences. 💔♥️. Venus Russell.

I am both shocked and saddened to hear of Julie‘s passing. She was one of The brightest and most loyal people I have had the privilege of knowing. The thing that stands out the most about her is that she always went her own way regardless of what anyone said. She did what she thought was right and made no apologies for it . This is the very definition of integrity and character. RIP Julie
